Brie Baker

One small to medium 4"-6" round Brie, Brie Blue cheese or Camembert. We like a Goat Brie the best.

Place unwrapped cheese in Brie Baker. Place Brie baker in COLD oven and bring to baking temp. of 350*. bake for 10-15 minutes, or until soft. Remove from oven, let rest a few minutes and garnish with your toppings.

Note: Stoneware pottery should always be placed in a cold oven and brought up to baking temperature gradually.

Top With:

* Cranberry sauce (add a dash of cinnamon, ground cloves and orange zest) & toasted slivered almonds

* Diced green onions, toasted diced hazelnuts, sprinkle of olive oil

* Savory peach salsa, toasted cashews

* Fig preserve, balsamic vinegar, toasted walnuts

* Caramelized onions, fresh basil,& sun dried tomatoes

* Apricot jalapeno preserve, & toasted pecans

Serve With:

Crackers, French baguette, Paris toasts, sliced apple, & of course your favourite wine! Enjoy!
