About
In 2011 I decided to take a break from making pottery and
turn my focus to working with fabric. My pottery is still available at a
few shops in Ontario, for more info browse my pottery page. My new work is
a collection of unique fabric handbags and accessories.
Some of these bags feature silk screen prints of my own
original pen and ink drawings on linen and canvas. I create all of my
handbags from start to finish by using my own pattern designs and
construct them with high quality cottons, linens, and designer print
fabrics.
Background
I graduated from the Ontario College
of Art and Design with a major in Ceramics in 1997. I have studied many
disciplines of art from painting, photography, illustration, drawing, and
ceramics. Since 2004 I have had a home studio in which I produced a line
of pottery for sale in shows and galleries in Ontario.
